What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Normally, we charge $4 dollars for all deliveries. Provided there are coupons delivery could be free. In case of any changes we will make sure to inform promptly.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

To date, we accept only PayPal but soon we are moving towards integrating Stripe to imrpove the service.

How long will delivery take?

Most of our products have epackets for American countries and the like which means delivery time is shorter typically around two weeks depending on the ship route. Otherwise we have a section that details the approximate shipping time in the site, see the purchase info page. However, usually all items should have arrived to destination country within a month or so.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Queuegoods make it a priority to secure all site transactions. We have a team dedicated to manage the site activity round the clock. In event of any difficulty we will inform the customers, provide adequate refund and attend to other necessities per individual as necessary.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After a customer orders a product an email will be sent to confirm the order plus the receipt or invoice. The customer is also provided a tracking number so that they may see the product delivery progression. Successive emails may be sent to check in on the customers about their order and finally upon actual delivery of the product. Customers are advised to email us for any inquiry.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

All customers get an invoice upon order of any product. Please double check your email inbox or refresh to see whether the invoice is in sometimes its network error and may take a short while before you retrieve it. If not we shall check on our end to see if its an internal issue and revert to you as soon as possible.
