We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That said we do our very best to make sure your items are delivered well and in a timely manner. At present all our products are shipped from our warehouses in China by means of ePacket and in USA by USPS as well as other reliable shipping services. If for any reason your items are late reach out to us and we shall do the necessary to rectify the situation.

However, provided we are unable to ship to your specific location we will contact you. Likewise inform us should you meet any difficulty regarding your deliveries.

Please be informed we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Returns and Refunds

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Please use our mail: orders@queuegoods.com. Do note that once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Payment methods

Currently our payment methods include PayPal and Credit cards.

PayPal is a secure, easy and reliable way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.

With PayPal items can be purchase by Credit Card including (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
3) You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.

Typically, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal.

The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:
Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.
When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized In future we are aiming to include stripe to facilitate the means of payment.
